Solana’s stablecoin transfer volume has surged dramatically over the past year, signaling growing adoption and network activity. Transfers jumped from $306 billion to $972 billion year-over-year, reflecting a 3.2× increase. 

Moreover, recent months show accelerated momentum, with December to January rising 77% and January to February increasing 76%, marking two consecutive months of near-doubling activity. This surge highlights Solana’s growing relevance in decentralized finance and stablecoin usage.

SOL Price Consolidates Between $77 and $92

Solana’s native token, $SOL, is currently trading in a clear accumulation range between $77 and $92. According to CryptoJobs3, buyers have 

 defended the $77 support, indicating strong demand absorption after prior downtrends. 

Meanwhile, the $90–$92 zone acts as short-term resistance. A decisive breakout above this level could trigger bullish momentum in the coming weeks. 

Additionally, maintaining higher lows within the accumulation range may set the stage for a retest of the $108–$110 supply zone. Traders should watch for volume expansion and confirmed daily closes above $92 before targeting higher levels.

Bears, however, have not yet seized control. The market sits in an uneasy equilibrium, with the $0.088 support level acting as the floor and $0.103 resistance blocking any meaningful recovery.

Technical structure alone does not tell the full story. On-chain behavior is introducing a layer of risk that price charts cannot fully capture. Both retail and long-term holders are showing signs of diminishing conviction, a development that could define DOGE's next major move.

Retail Sellers and Long-Term Holders Signal Growing Unease

Small DOGE holders have been quietly reducing exposure. Addresses holding between 100 and 100,000 DOGE offloaded more than 80 million tokens, approximately $7.2 million worth, over a seven-day period. Measured against Dogecoin's total market cap, this volume carries negligible direct price impact.

The concern is not the size of the selling. It is what the selling represents. Grassroots holders are losing patience. If that 

 spreads upward to larger market participants, routine profit-taking could evolve into a more sustained wave of sell-side pressure.

Long-term holders are also exhibiting unusual behavior. Coin Days Destroyed (CDD) data shows a pattern of spikes over the past 11 days that surpasses anything recorded throughout February. CDD measures the movement of previously dormant coins. When it rises sharply, it signals that holders who had been sitting on DOGE for extended periods are now choosing to move, or sell, their positions.

This cohort has historically served as a stabilizing force for Dogecoin. Their tendency to hold through 

 has, in past cycles, helped prevent deeper drawdowns. Sustained CDD acceleration suggests that confidence among this influential group is beginning to crack. If long-term holders transition from holding to selling in meaningful volume, the consequences for DOGE's price trajectory could be severe.

The descending wedge pattern Dogecoin is currently trading within is classically associated with bullish reversals. 

 has been printing lower highs and lower lows within converging trendlines, compressing volatility ahead of a potential breakout. Historically, these formations resolve to the upside more often than not.

However, the weakening conviction from both retail and long-term participants introduces real downside risk. A breakout requires buying pressure to overwhelm sellers. That pressure is not yet evident.

The $0.088 level remains the critical line in the sand. A breakdown below this support would carry significant technical and psychological weight. For now, overall selling pressure continues to decline, making an immediate collapse below $0.088 appear unlikely. The $0.103 resistance ceiling, meanwhile, remains firmly intact. A clean break above that level appears improbable under current market sentiment.

Solana is showing two bullish chart structures at the same time, with one focused on a near term breakout and the other pointing to a much larger long term setup. Still, both patterns need confirmation before they can support a stronger reversal case.

Solana faces key breakout test as descending channel still caps price

 Solana chart shared by analyst Satoshi Flipper shows SOL still trading inside a descending channel that has shaped price action for roughly seven months. The chart marks the $100 area as the key breakout threshold, with the analyst arguing that Solana would need to reclaim that level and push above the channel resistance to shift the structure more clearly bullish. Until then, the broader pattern remains one of lower highs and contained recovery attempts.

The image shows SOL consolidating near the lower end of the channel after a steep decline from the upper boundary. Recent candles suggest price is trying to stabilize, but the move has not yet broken either the horizontal resistance near $100 or the channel itself. That makes the current setup important because a clean breakout would signal that sellers are losing control over the longer downtrend structure visible on the chart.

At the same time, the chart does not confirm a breakout yet. The large green arrow toward $250 reflects a bullish projection rather than an achieved move, and the red mark near $100 highlights the level that still needs to be cleared first. So for now, the main takeaway is that Solana is attempting to build a base inside a long running descending channel, but a stronger trend reversal case would require both a reclaim of $100 and a decisive move above channel resistance.

Solana cup and handle pattern points to potential long term breakout

A chart shared by analyst CryptoCurb highlights a large cup and handle pattern forming on the Solana chart. The structure shows a long rounded bottom followed by a smaller downward consolidation that forms the handle. According to the analysis, this pattern often appears before major breakouts when price eventually clears the upper resistance level of the formation.

The chart outlines how Solana previously formed the rounded “cup” structure after a long decline and recovery period. Once that rounded base completed, price moved sideways and slightly downward inside the handle section. This phase typically represents consolidation where the market absorbs selling pressure before attempting a breakout above the resistance line that forms the top of the cup.

The analyst suggests that a confirmed breakout above the pattern could trigger a strong upward move, with the chart projecting a long term target near the $1,000 level. However, the pattern remains incomplete until price breaks above the upper boundary and holds the move with sustained momentum. Until that confirmation appears, the cup and handle remains a potential setup rather than a confirmed breakout.

XRP investors are again focusing on Ripple’s long-term strategy after fresh comments from CEO 

. He said patient investors could end up in a “very happy place” within five years.

The remarks came during XRP Australia 2026, where Ripple leaders discussed blockchain adoption and tokenization. Their message centered on steady growth, institutional use, and the need for patience.

Garlinghouse Sets a Five-Year View for XRP Holders

Garlinghouse’s comments gave XRP supporters a clear long-term time frame. He suggested that today’s investors may benefit as blockchain use expands across finance. His remarks did not focus on short-term price action. Instead, they pointed to gradual progress in adoption.

Community figure BankXRP shared the clip on X, which drew attention across the XRP market. The message aligned with Ripple’s broader position on digital assets. The company has long argued that utility and real use cases matter more than short market swings.

Garlinghouse tied this view to rising institutional interest in tokenization, stablecoins, and blockchain settlement. Large financial firms are now exploring these tools more actively. That trend has helped support the idea that 

XRP could play a role in future payment systems

He also described adoption as a process made up of many small changes. In his words, “There’s not one switch; there are hundreds and thousands of switches.” That comment framed adoption as gradual, rather than sudden.

Ripple Keeps XRP at the Center of Its Strategy

Ripple has continued to position XRP as part of its payment infrastructure plans. The company is building services that connect traditional finance with blockchain networks. That work includes payments, custody, and enterprise tools for institutions.

Garlinghouse has said before that Ripple’s growth should track wider crypto expansion. He previously projected that the crypto market could rise above $5 trillion. With the market now near $2.40 trillion, that view suggests room for further growth if adoption continues.

Ripple leaders said progress often comes through small steps across many sectors. Banks, payment firms, and financial platforms are testing blockchain services. Each new rollout adds another piece to the broader shift toward digital finance.

Monica Long and Garlinghouse Revisit Ripple’s Early Resistance

Concurrently, Garlinghouse and Ripple President Monica Long have recently also reflected on the company’s early years. They said Ripple faced unusually strong hostility as it tried to build a blockchain-based payment infrastructure. Long said the backlash often felt harder than expected during those years.

Garlinghouse said Ripple co-founder Chris Larsen had long believed influential figures were working against the company. He noted that some of those earlier concerns appeared more credible after later disclosures referenced Ripple and XRP. Their comments framed Ripple’s early path as more contentious than a normal market rivalry.

Those remarks were different from Garlinghouse’s five-year investor outlook, but they added context to Ripple’s long-term message. They showed why Ripple executives still describe growth as a slow process. In their view, the company has spent years building through resistance, regulation, and market doubt.

Analysts See XRP in a Capitulation Phase Before Possible Expansion

 may be in a reset phase seen in past cycles. He described this setup as either price-based capitulation or time-based capitulation before a new expansion.

According to his thread on X, the 2017 to 2018 cycle included both types of resets. XRP saw about a 67% drop and then moved through roughly 210 days of consolidation.

He said the 2021 cycle looked different because price carried most of the correction. In that phase, XRP dropped about 77% while the consolidation period stayed shorter. EGRAG argued that these resets often remove excess leverage and weak sentiment. In his view, price pain clears leveraged positions, while time pain wears down market confidence.

He also said XRP is retracing toward the origin of its earlier expansion move near $0.85. He described that area as a structural zone markets often revisit before another upward leg begins. From a Fibonacci view, EGRAG pointed to two levels that traders are watching closely. He listed the 1.618 extension at $6.8 and the 2.618 extension at $20 as possible cycle targets.

Solana is drawing support from two different signals as ETF inflows remain near $1.45 billion and the chart shows a breakout retest above a former consolidation range. Together, the data points to steady investor demand while putting the next move toward $100 back in focus.

Solana ETF Flows Hold Near $1.45 Billion Despite Price Drop

 spot ETFs recorded about $1.45 billion in cumulative flows by March 2, 2026, according to a chart shared by Bloomberg Intelligence and cited by ETF analyst Eric Balchunas on X. The chart shows flows rising steadily from July, with one of the sharpest increases appearing between late October and late November. Earlier in the period, cumulative flows stood near $0.41 billion on Oct. 23, 2025.

Balchunas said Solana fell 57% since the spot ETFs launched in July. Even so, he noted that the funds largely kept their inflows instead of seeing major capital leave. That matters because ETF flows often weaken when the underlying asset drops sharply. In this case, the chart suggests investors continued allocating to the products through volatility.

He also said about 50% of assets came from 13F filers, which usually refers to institutional investment managers that disclose holdings to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. That detail points to a more established investor base inside the Solana ETF market. As a result, the flow data suggests demand remained firm even during a steep decline in SOL’s price.

Solana moved above its earlier consolidation range on the four hour chart and then returned to test the breakout area, according to analysis shared by Trader Tardigrade on X. The chart shows SOL breaking out of a range between $75 and $90, then pulling back toward the former trendline resistance. That retest now matters because it can show whether buyers still control the move.

During the consolidation phase, Solana traded sideways for several sessions while holding support near the lower end of the range. At the same time, repeated rejections near the upper boundary kept price capped. Once SOL pushed above that structure, the chart signaled a breakout from the range that had limited price action for weeks.

Now the focus shifts to the retest. If Solana holds above the broken trendline and maintains support after the pullback, the breakout structure may stay intact. In that case, the next upside objective stands above $100, which the chart marks as the next target zone. However, the retest remains the key short term level because it will help determine whether the breakout can continue or lose strength.

 is now testing the $0.0000031–$0.0000032 demand zone. This level previously attracted buyers and slowed declines. Selling pressure appears weaker near this area. The market may be attempting to form a temporary base.

If buyers respond, PEPE could attempt a rebound from this support. The next liquidity target sits near $0.0000055, which now acts as resistance. This area previously rejected the price and holds the overhead supply. A move toward it would signal short-term recovery. However, losing $0.0000031 support could open the door for deeper downside.

PEPE Price Eyes 781% Rally as Price Tests Key Demand Zone

A major opportunity could be forming for PEPE, according to analyst Steph Is Crypto. The chart 

 price returning to a strong demand zone around $0.0000033–$0.0000035 after a long correction. This level previously acted as a launchpad for a huge rally. Repeated tests of this area suggest buyers may slowly begin accumulating again. If the support continues to hold, selling pressure could weaken, creating conditions for a potential reversal.

The projection on the chart highlights a possible 781% upside move from the current zone. A strong bounce could push the price toward the $0.0000028 region in the coming cycle. This type of move would mirror the explosive rally seen earlier in the trend. For now, the key focus remains on whether PEPE can maintain this demand zone and attract fresh bullish momentum.
