The COINPAPER website, hereinafter referred to as the Site, is an Internet service operated by Student Coin Pte. (Ltd.), 100 Tras Street #16-01, 100 AM, 079027, Singapore - "COINPAPER".
The following document constitutes a form of agreement between COINPAPER and persons using the Site - "Users".
Other terms used in this Policy shall have the meanings given to them in the PDPA.
The Service is provided free of charge and directed to persons interested in cryptocurrencies. COINPAPER is not responsible for any actions taken in connection with the reading of articles found on the Site as a result of using the services available on the Website.
2. What we collect, use, and disclose
2.1. Depending on the nature of your interaction with COINPAPER, some examples of personal data which we may collect from you include name, email address and self-created login.
2.2. We may collect and use Users' personal data for any or all of the following purposes:
a) operating the Site;
b) communicating with Users;

d) responding to, handling, and processing requests, applications, complaints, and feedback from Users;

h) any other incidental purposes related to or in connection with the above.

2.4. Where you use the Site and accept its certain functions you acknowledge and agree that we shall not be held responsible or accountable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by you for sharing the aforesaid information arising out of your activation or use of such features on the Site.

We will retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, the legal or business purposes of COINPAPER, or as required by relevant laws. When destroying personal data, COINPAPER will take commercially reasonable and technically possible measures to make the personal information irrecoverable or irreproducible in accordance with the applicable laws.
5. Cookies policy
5.1. As it is standard practice for most websites, we store HTTP requests made to our server. This means that we know the public IP addresses from which Users browse the information content of the Site. The resources being viewed are identified by URLs. We also know:
a) the time of arrival of the request,
b) time of sending the response,
c) the name of the User's station - identification carried out by the HTTP protocol,
d) information about errors that occurred during the HTTP transaction,

We do not transfer your personal data to countries outside of Singapore.
