The new product, called Sygna Hub, includes a wallet address filter, blockchain analytics, and sanction screening, as well as KYC and custody regulations. A simplified browser version called Sygna Gate will also be available.
Sygna Hub and Sygna Gate are heirs to Sygna Bridge, a Travel Rule protocol that helps crypto companies collect data on both sides of all transactions exceeding $1,000. The Travel Rule was introduced in 2019 by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF), an intergovernmental organization formed to prevent money laundering and terrorism financing.
Sygna Hub and Sygna Gate will incorporate both existing Sygna Bridge functionalities and the Travel Rule Information Sharing Architecture (TRISA).
The new platform will also support anti-money laundering services developed by Chainalysis and Elliptic, leveraging partnerships CoolBitX established last year.
