Google Finance Adds Polymarket and Kalshi Data to Predict Future Events

Google Finance is introducing event probability data from Polymarket and Kalshi, marking a major step toward integrating prediction markets into traditional finance tools. The change is part of a broader Google Finance update that the company announced in a recent release.

The new feature will display forecast probabilities directly in search results. Users asking questions such as “What will GDP growth be in 2025?” or “What will the Fed’s interest rate decision be in December?” will see predictions sourced from Polymarket and Kalshi, showing the likelihood of each potential outcome.

Although the terms of the partnership have not been disclosed, the addition of probability metrics represents a major step toward bridging prediction data with traditional finance analytics.

The probability data will appear alongside other finance tools, as Google rolls out a redesigned interface featuring AI-powered search answers, an updated layout for corporate earnings reports, and integrated data visualization tools for large companies.

At launch, the upgraded Google Finance experience will be available only in India and the United States, with other markets gaining access later.

Earlier this year, Polymarket announced plans to return to the U.S. market by November 2025, while Kalshi already operates domestically as a licensed derivatives exchange.

The new collaboration provides both platforms with a chance to expand their reach, while Google continues its push to embed AI and live data across its ecosystem. Most recently, Google added Gemini chatbot integration to Maps, strengthening its move toward intelligent, predictive services.

“The world of financial information is changing fast — and Google clearly wants to lead that transformation,” said one industry analyst familiar with the update.
