The airline is also expanding in Ohio. New Breeze Airways routes from Dayton include nonstop service to Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers and Raleigh-Durham. Dayton-Fort Lauderdale flights began Oct. 9, while Dayton-Fort Myers is scheduled to launch Oct. 23 and Dayton-Raleigh-Durham on Nov. 6.

Other new routes include Fort Myers-Madison, which is expected to begin Oct. 21, while Fort Myers-Trenton service is scheduled for Jan. 8, 2027.

Breeze is also adding a seasonal route between West Palm Beach, Florida, and Greenville-Spartanburg, South Carolina. The service is scheduled to begin Dec. 18 and will operate twice weekly on Mondays and Fridays.

The airline promoted introductory fares starting as low as $49 on selected routes to attract travelers looking for cheaper nonstop alternatives.

Breeze Airways has built much of its growth strategy around connecting cities that typically have limited direct air service. Instead of relying heavily on large hub airports, the carrier frequently targets routes where passengers would otherwise need to connect through a major city.

That strategy has allowed Breeze to quickly expand its footprint since launching operations in 2021.

The airline now operates hundreds of year-round and seasonal routes across dozens of destinations, with its network extending beyond the continental United States to Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean.

The latest expansion suggests Breeze is still betting on demand for affordable nonstop travel between secondary markets.

For passengers, the new routes could mean shorter journeys, fewer connections and more competition on routes traditionally dominated by larger carriers.
