Dogecoin is approaching a decisive long-term support zone near $0.056 as a monthly TD Sequential buy signal points to a possible reversal. Holding the area could open a recovery toward $0.16 and eventually $0.45, while a breakdown below $0.05 would weaken the bullish cycle setup.
Dogecoin Nears Its Last Stand as Massive Triangle Tightens
Dogecoin is approaching a critical long-term support area inside a multiyear contracting triangle. Analyst XForceGlobal said holding above the pattern’s invalidation level could preserve a highly speculative 10x-to-20x upside scenario based on cycle rotation and accumulation.

The chart places DOGE near $0.073 after a prolonged decline from its 2024 high. Price is moving toward the triangle’s rising lower boundary, which has supported the broader structure since the 2022 market low.
Under the analyst’s Elliott Wave interpretation, Dogecoin may still complete several swings inside the formation before attempting a larger breakout. The projected path includes a rebound, another pullback and a final test of support before momentum expands.
However, the bullish case depends on DOGE remaining above the protected wave-four low and the red invalidation area near $0.05. A decisive weekly breakdown below that region would invalidate the triangle setup and expose Dogecoin to a deeper decline.
Meanwhile, a recovery above $0.10 would provide the first sign that buyers are regaining control. DOGE would then need to clear resistance around $0.18, $0.24 and the descending upper boundary before any larger target becomes credible.
For now, Dogecoin is approaching a last-stand support area rather than a confirmed breakout. Holding the triangle could keep the long-term accumulation thesis alive, while losing it would weaken the projected bullish cycle.
Dogecoin Flashes Monthly Buy Signal Near Critical $0.056 Support
Dogecoin has triggered a TD Sequential buy signal on its monthly chart as price approaches major support near $0.056. Analyst Ali Martinez said holding that level could support a rebound toward $0.16, while the broader channel leaves room for a longer-term move toward $0.45.
The signal appears after an extended decline, suggesting bearish momentum may be approaching exhaustion. However, a TD Sequential signal identifies a possible reversal area rather than confirming that a bottom has formed.
The $0.056 level remains central to the setup. A sustained reaction above support could allow DOGE to reclaim nearby resistance and begin targeting $0.10 before attempting a larger move toward $0.16.
Clearing $0.16 would strengthen the recovery and shift attention toward higher levels inside the long-term channel. The channel’s upper boundary near $0.45 represents the broader bullish target, although reaching it would require several confirmed breakouts.
However, a decisive monthly close below $0.056 would weaken the buy signal and invalidate the immediate rebound scenario. That could expose Dogecoin to a deeper correction below its current support structure.
For now, DOGE is testing a potential reversal zone rather than confirming a new uptrend. Holding $0.056 keeps the $0.16 target active, while the $0.45 projection remains a longer-term and conditional scenario.
