During his keynote speech at the Paris Blockchain Week Summit, CZ said Binance was boosting its physical presence in France by partnering with Station F, a tech and business campus that houses around a thousand startups and startup programs.
According to a statement issued by Station F, the move is part of Binance’s Objective Moon program announced in November 2021. A sweeping package to boost Binance’s presence in Europe, the initiative includes €100 million investments in France as well as a €2 million donation to renovate the salon de l'œil de bœuf at Château de Versailles.

Speaking at PBWS, CZ confirmed that Binance already had 50 team members stationed in France. Now that Binance was setting up its space at Station F, that number could soon grow. The exchange also pledged to launch a support program to offer promising startups at Station F free accommodation, customized support from the BNB Chain, NFT Labs and Binance Labs, and mentoring.
Beyond the partnership, CZ’s keynote highlighted the exchange’s efforts to comply with crypto regulations, reminding the audience of the licences Binance has received in the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain. According to CZ, Binance is currently working to get registered or licenced in over 40 jurisdictions.
