Raising Cane's Accelerates Expansion After Strong Growth
November's 12 planned openings are a big increase from the seven restaurants that were initially reported for October. The company also announced seven openings in August and five in July.
Raising Cane's experienced impressive growth over the past few years, supported by demand for its signature chicken fingers, Cane's Sauce, crinkle-cut fries and Texas toast.
According to industry data from Technomic, the chain's sales increased 32% in 2024, followed by another 10.6% increase in 2025. Revenue reached approximately $5.48 billion in 2025, while its restaurant count increased 10.3% to 913 locations.
That performance helped Raising Cane's climb to 16th place among the largest US restaurant chains by sales.
What's Next for Raising Cane's?
The company's expansion ambitions extend beyond the United States. Raising Cane's is preparing to open its first restaurant in London in early 2027, which is a major step in its international growth strategy.
