Solana is defending critical support near $74-$75 while SOL/BTC begins showing signs of renewed strength. Holding this zone could open a move toward $84, followed by $90 and the broader $98 target.
Solana Holds $74 Support as Bulls Target $84 Breakout
Solana is holding a key support zone near $74 after retreating from recent highs, keeping its short-term recovery setup intact. Analyst Ansem said SOL could begin moving higher soon, with the chart pointing toward resistance around $83 to $84.

The chart shows SOL trading near $75.50 after buyers defended a cluster of support levels between roughly $74.18 and $74.31. This area previously acted as resistance before the July breakout, making the latest retest important for the bullish structure.
A sustained move above the current range could first send SOL toward the June high near $83.10 and weekly resistance around $83.91. Clearing that zone would confirm stronger momentum and open the path toward the chart’s broader target near $98.40.
However, SOL must continue holding above the support cluster. A breakdown below approximately $73.67 would weaken the immediate rebound case, while losing $72.46 could expose lower support near $71 and $70.70.
The broader bullish setup would face greater pressure if SOL falls below $67.50. Until then, the chart favors a potential recovery, but buyers still need to reclaim $84 before the projected move toward $98 becomes credible.
Solana Holds $75 as SOL/BTC Breakout Opens Path to $90
Solana is defending the $75 area as its trading pair against Bitcoin begins breaking from a descending structure. Analyst Justin Bennett said holding above $75.06 through the daily and weekly close could confirm a bullish deviation and support a recovery toward $84, followed by the May imbalance near $90.

The chart shows SOL/BTC recovering from the lower boundary of a falling channel after weeks of underperformance against Bitcoin. The early move above descending resistance suggests Solana may be starting to regain relative strength.
A continued SOL/BTC recovery toward roughly 0.0012586 BTC would support the bullish dollar-price scenario, especially if SOL also maintains support above $75.06. Relative strength against Bitcoin often helps confirm that demand extends beyond a broader crypto market rebound.
The first major dollar resistance sits near $84, where SOL previously faced selling pressure. A confirmed break above that area could open the path toward the unfilled imbalance around $90.
However, the setup depends on Solana holding the $75 region into the higher-time-frame close. A move back below support would weaken the deviation and suggest that the SOL/BTC breakout may have failed.
For now, Solana’s structure remains constructive above $75. Holding that level while SOL/BTC continues higher would strengthen the case for a move toward $84 and possibly $90.
