A new analysis suggests that XRP could eventually reach a $1 trillion market capitalization, but only if two major developments materialize. The outlook centers on the expansion of the

Ethereum’s high leverage long positions appear to have been largely wiped out, according to charts shared by market commentator CW on X. The post said almost all high leverage ETH longs had been liquidated, while attention was now shifting toward short positions. The charts, which appear to track liquidation pressure over time, show long exposure building and then getting cleared as price moved lower.

The post also referenced an earlier update from March 21, when CW said ETH short positions remained similar to the previous day while long positions had increased slightly. At that point, the view was that most of those longs would eventually be liquidated. The newer post suggests that move has now largely played out.

In market terms, long liquidation happens when traders using borrowed funds bet on higher prices, but the market moves against them and forces those positions to close. That process can accelerate downside because forced selling adds more pressure to an already weak move. Therefore, a wave of long liquidations often marks a sharp flush in sentiment as bullish traders get pushed out.

Now the focus appears to be shifting to the other side of the market. When traders start talking about short liquidation, they usually mean that bearish positions could be vulnerable if price reverses upward and forces short sellers to buy back ETH. That kind of move can create a fast rebound, especially after a large long wipeout clears excess leverage from the market.

For now, the charts point to a leverage reset in Ethereum rather than a confirmed trend reversal. The main takeaway is that bullish overexposure seems to have been reduced sharply. As a result, traders may now watch whether ETH stabilizes after the long flush or whether the market builds conditions for pressure on shorts next.

Ethereum Looks Fragile as Chart Shows Rebound Attempt Within Broader Downtrend

The daily ETH/USD chart marks a sharp selloff into the March low, followed by a small rebound that appears corrective rather than decisive. Price is hovering near the $2,155 area on the chart, while the analyst’s roadmap suggests Ethereum remains in an early recovery phase inside a wider bearish setup.

The chart maps a possible ABC rebound from the recent bottom. In that structure, wave A pushed price off the low, wave B pulled it back, and wave C is now attempting to extend higher. However, the projected upside zone sits between about $2,617 and $3,342, which the chart treats as a resistance region rather than a confirmed breakout area. That means even if Ethereum moves higher from here, the rally could still face strong selling pressure before changing the broader trend.

At the same time, the chart highlights a lower support area between roughly $1,821 and $1,600. That zone becomes important if the rebound fails. In other words, the current move looks less like a full trend reversal and more like a test of whether buyers can build enough strength to recover part of the earlier decline. Until Ethereum clears the marked resistance levels with conviction, the structure still favors caution.

The wider pattern also shows that Ethereum remains well below the major highs seen earlier in the cycle. Previous downward waves on the chart were larger and more aggressive than the current bounce, which adds to the fragile outlook. As a result, the market appears to be at a technical crossroads, with a limited rebound still possible, but with downside risk remaining if support gives way again.

Bitcoin Bull Signal Returns as Inter Exchange Flow Pulse Turns Higher

 may be showing an early sign of renewed strength after the Inter Exchange Flow Pulse, or IFP, started rising again, according to a chart shared by Ali Charts using CryptoQuant data. The indicator tracks the movement intensity of Bitcoin between centralized exchanges and is often used to gauge shifts in market liquidity. In the latest chart, the IFP appears to be turning up after a long decline, while Bitcoin also starts to recover from a recent drop.

The chart places Bitcoin and the IFP against colored market phases. Green zones mark bull market signals, while red zones mark bear market signals. Earlier cycles on the chart show that when the IFP moved higher and stayed strong, Bitcoin also entered broader upward trends. By contrast, falling IFP readings tended to appear during weaker market phases or after major tops.

In the current setup, the IFP had been trending lower through much of the recent decline, then began to rise again near the latest part of the chart. That shift matters because it can point to stronger liquidity rotation between exchanges, which some analysts read as a sign that market activity is expanding again. As a result, the move is being interpreted as a possible fresh buy signal.

At the same time, the chart does not show a straight line higher for Bitcoin after every signal. Previous cycles included pullbacks, pauses, and false starts before broader trends became clear. Therefore, the latest IFP turn is better viewed as an early market signal than as proof that a full rally is already underway.

Even so, the timing is notable. The new upward move in the IFP comes after Bitcoin spent months inside a red marked phase, which the chart associates with bearish conditions. If that pulse continues to rise and Bitcoin follows with stronger price action, the signal could support the case that the market is moving into a new expansion phase.

For now, the chart suggests Bitcoin is at an important transition point. The indicator has turned higher, and that has historically aligned with stronger periods for price. Whether this becomes a lasting bull market signal will likely depend on whether the IFP keeps climbing and whether Bitcoin can build on the recent rebound.

Bitcoin Breaks Below Triangle Support as $62K to $63K Zone Comes Back Into Focus

Bitcoin has broken below local support near the $69,000 zone and moved out of a symmetrical triangle structure, according to a chart shared by analyst Cryptorphic on X. The breakdown followed a rejection from the $71,000 to $72,000 area, which had acted as a short term resistance band. As a result, the chart now points to weakening momentum and a possible move toward lower support levels.

The eight hour BTC/USDT chart on Binance shows price losing the lower boundary of the triangle after several sessions of narrowing consolidation. Earlier, Bitcoin tried to push higher but failed to hold above the nearby resistance area. That rejection was followed by a slide back below the short term structure, which the analyst reads as a bearish shift in momentum.

The chart also places Bitcoin below key horizontal levels that had supported price during the recent range. Once that support gave way, the structure started to favor a deeper pullback instead of another immediate recovery attempt. In addition, the projected arrows on the chart suggest further downside if sellers keep control after the breakdown.

The next major area on the chart sits near $62,000 to $63,000. That zone stands out as a broader support region and could become the next target if the current weakness continues. Therefore, the chart suggests Bitcoin is moving away from its recent consolidation pattern and back toward a lower liquidity area where buyers may need to step in.

For now, the key signal is the loss of structure rather than a completed larger trend reversal. Bitcoin already failed at resistance, then lost local support, and now faces pressure below the triangle. If the breakdown holds, the bearish case strengthens and the $62,000 to $63,000 area becomes the main level to watch.

Europe’s financial system is moving decisively toward blockchain integration. According to market analyst Diana, the European Central Bank (ECB) will begin accepting selected distributed ledger technology (DLT)–issued securities as
