Terra Global Founder Fellowship (TGFF) was created to make it easier for project founders to get the resources they need to finalize their work, including from early-stage venture capital firms and accelerator programs, according to a statement released on Wednesday. The first fellowship programs are already accepting applications.
Do Kwon, Terra CEO, said the program would allow Web3 founders to “work on ideas that inspire, with people that inspire.” Selected candidates will get access to scholarships, hacker houses and workspaces, plus investment and mentorship from successful builders.
The TGFF will include JUMP Crypto, Delphi Digital, Outlier Ventures, Long Hash Ventures, SCB10X, Alpha Finance Lab, Ship Capital, Basis Set Ventures, Insignia Ventures, among others.
Natalie Luu, Head of Ecosystem Development of Terraform Labs, added that Terra is well-positioned to lead the program because of “the size of Terra's global user base and the utility of UST.”
